​Shipping & Fulfillment:

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after being received, with the exception of preorders. We utilize third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive that email, members can verify their order status in the "My Orders" section, where you'll find your tracking information. Non-members, please feel free to contact us, and we will gladly assist you with your tracking information. Please note, your tracking information will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc., has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

 

To help ensure your package arrives on time, please verify that your address is entered accurately and includes all necessary details. It is essential to provide correct street numbers, abbreviations, building names, and apartment numbers to facilitate timely deliveries. Should you need to change the shipping address for any reason, please reach out to us at admin@peebeebabyyy.com, providing your order number along with the new address you would like to use.

 

We kindly ask that you do not send direct messages on social media regarding your order, as those messages may not be monitored, and your request may not be addressed. If the item has already been shipped, we will do our best to modify the address. If we are unable to modify once shipped, we will need to wait for the package to be returned to us.

 

It's PeeBee, Babyyy LLC is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, sent to an incorrect address, or misplaced. Once a package has departed from our company and is with the carrier, we no longer have control over it. For any issues, please contact the carrier mentioned in your email confirmation for assistance.
