Refund Policy:
At It's PeeBee, Babyyy LLC, we are committed to delivering top-notch products along with outstanding customer service. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide refunds for items that are either damaged or unavailable after the purchase.
Damaged Items:
All products and orders undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping; however, we acknowledge that certain details may occasionally be overlooked... If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us at admin@peebeebabyyy.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain unused and in the original condition in which it was delivered.
Non-Refundable Items:
Be aware that specific products, including sale items or those bought with a discount code, cannot be refunded unless they are found to be damaged or defective.
Out of Stock Items:
In the unlikely situation where an item you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and process a refund for the item that is out of stock.
Return for an exchange:
Exchanges are limited to new sizes of the same item. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product descriptions and size charts before finalizing your purchase to ensure that you select the correct size. Additionally, please be aware that we cannot assure the availability of the new size you may request for exchange. Exchanges will not be permitted without prior approval.
How to Request a Refund or an Exchange:
For refund requests, kindly reach out to our customer service team at admin@peebeebabyyy.com. Include your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant images.. Our team will assess your request and get back to you promptly.
For exchange requests, kindly reach out to our customer service team at admin@peebeebabyyy.com. Include your order number and the size you would like to request. Again, be aware that we cannot assure the availability of the new size you may request. Items for exchange must be returned in the original packaging, show no signs of use or wear and tear, and have all original tags attached. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing:
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The timeframe in which the credit will be reflected in your account is based on the policies of your card issuer.
Exchange Processing:
Once we receive your item, we will perform an inspection to ensure the item is in acceptable condition before we proceed with the exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will send out your new item, if available, and provide you with the tracking information via email.
