Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available.

How do I exchange an item?

Our exchange policy only applies to clothing size exchanges. PLEASE, BE SURE TO REVIEW THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND SIZE CHARTS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

If you experience any issues or concerns regarding the size of your purchase, please contact us at admin@peebeebabyyy.com. This way, the problem can be addressed efficiently, and you can be directed to the appropriate resolution. Exchanges will not be permitted without prior approval.

When returning the product for an exchange, it is essential to ensure that your initial purchase shows no signs of wear or damage and remains in its original packaging. Additionally, you will be accountable for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will perform an inspection to ensure that everything meets our standards before we proceed with sending out your exchange.

What if my order comes damaged and/or wrong order?

All products and orders undergo thorough inspection prior to shipping; however, we acknowledge that certain details may occasionally be overlooked or forgotten. Can I return my order and get a refund?

What are your payment options?

All major debit/credit cards and After Pay accepted.

How do I track my order?

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email from us with your USPS tracking number. If for any reason you don't receive that email, you can check your order status in the "My Orders" section, where you'll find your tracking information.

How long is shipping?

We offer two shipping options for your convenience. You can choose between USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) and USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 days). Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is placed, unless it's a pre-order. The anticipated shipping time for pre-orders is approximately 4 to 8 weeks after the order is placed.

It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or issues that arise once an order has been dispatched from our company. For any inquiries or concerns regarding shipping, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS (our shipping carrier) customer service or your local post office.

Can I change my shipping address?

To modify your shipping address, please reach out to us at admin@peebeebabyyy.com, providing your order number along with the new address you would like to use, before the shipping label is printed. If the item has already been shipped, we will do our best to modify the address, as long as the product has not yet been dispatched.
